Think about it. Think about it hard. I’m sure you’ve got some doozies. I have one. But it’s so weird, you might actually have me committed. Like most of you, I’ve been scrapbooking even before scrapbooking was a “thing.” Let me regress…I have a scrapbook dating back to the year 1978 (remember those awful magnetic albums that turn your photos yellow? So, so bad.). The title of this book is “Finnegan.” Finnegan was my beautiful but depressed blue and white parakeet. I even scrapped the feathers found in the bottom of her empty cage. Why is her cage empty? She ran away (er, flew away?). Like I said, she was depressed. But, believe it or not, that’s not the weirdest thing I’ve ever scrapbooked. I still have that “weird” album; I pull it out when I want a good laugh. My daughter thinks it’s the most ridiculous thing she’s ever seen and begs me to toss it. I figured it’s good ammunition. I’m sure it will come in handy one day. I love to embarrass my child, don’t you? But, that’s a topic for another blog. So I ask you again — what is the weirdest thing you’ve ever scrapbooked? I’d love to know. Bet I beat ya!
